Putnam High Peer Counseling Club

Mission Statement:

To create an all-inclusive, safe, and judgement free environment to advocate and educate students about mental health and illness, and to provide an open ears and mind environment for students to share how they feel.

Meetings:

Each Wednesday during 4th block from 2-3pm.

Debriefing meeting for counseling peers:  Every third Friday afterschool.
 

Membership: REMIND GROUP: @phpeers

• Sign in is mandatory and emails will be sent to teachers regarding meeting attendance.
• Participation is mandatory to remain a club member.

If students fall into a high-risk category, it will be reported to Mrs. Harvey (School Nurse), Mrs. Grimes (Club Advisor), and/or Mr. Adams (School Counselor).
