The staff of Putnam County High School is committed to making the enrollment process as easy and efficient as possible for families.

Enrollment and registration are designed to assist families new to the Putnam County Charter School System with student enrollment needs which includes all matters associated with transferring and relocating to the Putnam County Charter School System.

New Student Registration is Online ONLY

1. Begin the Online Registration Process

• · The below documents may be uploaded directly to the portal or submitted during the registration appointment:
• · Birth certificate/Guardianship Paperwork
• · Social Security Card
• · Immunization (DHR Form 3231)
• · Ear, Eye & Dental Form (GA Form 3300)
• · Two (2) proofs of Residency
• · Mortgage or Lease/Rental Agreement or
• · Two (2)Utility Bill (gas, electric, water, sewer, or trash within 30 days from date of registration date)
• · Valid Photo Identification/Passport of Registering Parent

2. Appointments (parent and student; by appointment only)

• · Monday through Thursday between the hours of 09:00 am and 1:00 pm 
• · Appointments will be scheduled once the online registration is complete, and all school  records have been received.

3. Records are Requested by Registrar

• · Student documents sent by the previous school by that are unsealed are not valid
• · Records upload available during online registration

 4. Complete Registration and Enrollment

• Students will receive a start date and schedule once ALL records are received from the previous school.  Parents/guardian and student will visit the school to obtain class assignment, schedule, and other information. 

Withdrawal Process

• Any Parent/Guardian Withdrawing Students must come to the school and present valid photo identification AND return all equipment issued by Putnam County Charter School System (all equipment must be returned BEFORE records are released to a requesting school).
• ONLY THE ENROLLING PARENT CAN WITHDRAW A STUDENT
